It's Friday - Yea!!

I always look forward to the weekend, but especially on the weeks I have to go to Harrison. It seems like I spend most of the day in the car. Things are finally starting to get back to normal at home. We are making some progress with the post-tornado clean-up. The supplies were delivered today to begin to rebuild Joe's shop. I have begun the search for a new swing set for the kids. I really want them to have a wooden one (complete with slide and fort). We really need to get a new grill (ours is twisted and unusable). I have a freezer full of meat that does just not taste the same when cooked in the oven.



There has really not been anything exciting or post-worthy with us for the past week or so. Just normal, busy life as usual.



I owe a great big thanks to my mom and dad for all their help, especially over the past few weeks. Mom has been feeding us like crazy. It has been nice not to have to worry about meals during this crazy time. Dad has been in charge of Lauren several times lately. Again, I would like to make the point that aliens must have kidnapped my dad and replaced him with this man. The rules have certainly loosened up since I was a kid.
