Yep. Stayed home again today. We played games (candy land, duck game), worked on flash cards (alphabet), read books and played kitchen. She was pretending to be a hibachi chef at "Kinodies" (known to everyone else as Hinode). This happens to be her favorite place to eat, other than Old McDonald's of coarse. When she cooks at Kinodies she is always sure to point out that there is no fire and no volcano. She doesn't enjoy these two parts of the total dining experience.
I let Lauren go out for just a few minutes about 4:45pm today. There were no tears this year. In fact, she love the snow. She threw snow balls, brushed the snow off the swings and then put it back on, and walked all around watching her foot tracks all the way. Oh and I worked from home today too. It's back to work tomorrow though.

Cute storyboard! Em got to go out yesterday twice. She had so many clothes on that she could hardly move, but she still had a good time. She's already telling me this morning that she can go outside and play. :)
